LET ME TELL YOU JUST A LITTLE BIT OF THESE PAST 4-5 YEARS.
2018 - first year in the U.S. i didn’t know English at all when I first got here and I was living with an American family as an au pair. The first few months was very challenging for me and frustrating. I didn’t have any friends, I didn’t have my family, I didn’t know how to communicate or express my feelings so I found in food a comfort. This “comfort” led me to a very unhealthy way to live life. I gained 20 pounds in a few months.
2019 - English was better, made a lot of friends but I was partying too hard, drinking too much and trying a very restricted diet, 2019 I started to have food d!sord&r (compulsion).
2020 - was my year. I changed my job, started going to the gym every day. Also started to study about nutrition and personal trainer. I learned about flexible dieting and that was a live changer for me.
2021 - I continued studying and helping many people with my knowledge.
I also bulked to gain more muscle mass and achieved my desired physique at that time.
2022- I feel like has been the year that I love my body the most. I also feel like I’ve learned a lot about training and my mind muscle connection is better than ever. I keep on doing flexible dieting because is the only “diet” that helped me since the beginning. I eat what I love and I’m able to keep my mind and body healthy.
