✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✅ List 2 Live: Manage the "Draft-to-Live" workflow and command the MLS.
✅ Association Services: Conduct specialized COA/HOA research for Condominium Riders.
✅ Operational Support: Execute high-level workflows in AFrame & Google Workspace.

📈 THE GROWTH PATH: We hire for the long term. This foundational role is your entry point into full-cycle Contract 2 Close (C2C) coordination as you master the G2C Standard of Excellence.

💼 THE DETAILS:
-1099 Independent Contractor.
-Florida Real Estate contract knowledge required.
-Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
-Compensation: Paid per-service/task completed.
