I was doing some stretching on my yoga ball today. A great easy way to go if you have hyper mobility. Anyway, there I was with my forehead on the floor and my legs up in the air when it hit me. How much trust I'm putting in this rubber ball. If it were to pop right now I would crash down right on my face. Just a reminder to check the shape of your exercise equipment every once in awhile and make sure it's in tip top shape. Safety first. Lol, have a great day!
