The Fit Noco Agent

Today I had the amazing opportunity to participate in the Colorado 9/11 Stair Climb. To say the experience was humbling is an understatement. Every year that I wake up on this morning I think about the morning I woke up 19 years ago. Watching Firefighters in full gear climb the stairs in memory of a specific hero that sacrificed everything made me a little emotional. ⁣
