I was busy this weekend, time to throw a little packer on for the overnight..
Rubbed with Lone Star Brisket and Smoky Salt Cracked pepper.
It's gonna to be a miracle 😉🔥

A couple of leg quarters seasoned with blackened Saskatchewan and sweet heat rub.
And some chicken breast for the dog food additive.
Good stuff 🙂
