Challenge! I caught myself doing this today. Time traveling to the past, and then right afterwards I was planning a future trip...

I thought to myself.. Sometimes it takes me quite some time to get into the now moment.

Sometimes (like today) it takes me half of the day to get into the Now moment. I meditate every morning for at least 20 minutes when I wake up and have for years now.

So I’m going to be kind to myself and I’m going to focus here, in the now more of the time.

Isn’t everything you want because of a feeling that you think it will give you?

If you generate a feeling on the inside, the outside will match how you feel 🌅

If you wait for the outside to give you a feeling on the inside you will forever be looking for something outside of you to fulfill you 🧞‍♂️

Maybe success isn’t about how much money you can make or how much change you can make.

Maybe success is about learning how to enjoy your experience while you are here.

I think step 3 is the hardest, how do you remain unattached to the outcome and have no insistence that things work out in the way your mind wants it to?

Surrendering is the only way. The second you realize that we are all hooked up to a “higher mind or Universal mind” the easier it is to relax and enjoy the experience.

Everything you create from a vibration of lack and limitation will, Creates 10-100x more lack and limitation.

When you create from a place of being whole and complete. When you create from a place of already being Abundance, then you create 10-100x more of that abundant vibration in your life.

How do you get more fulfillment in your life?
How can you enjoy the journey more?

It all starts with training your brain to default to appreciation.

You have to stop thinking about the future and the past, and come into the now moment.

Writing down everything that you appreciate about your day is a great start.

Meditation is a great way to come into the now.
