The full moon is on its way. I like to take this time to cleans my mind and recharge. A full moon to me represents a time where things are coming into completion. Take this time to chart how the month has been going, understand what you could be doing better, and how you can love yourself more.

When you say “no”, you make more room for the things you really care about.

The next time you’re asked to do something, check in with yourself About whether the request the lines with your current values and priorities. If it doesn’t, decline with kindness. You might be surprised at how freeing it is to say “no”.
