Throughout his career, Jeremiah has worked in both residential and commercial HVAC, building the kind of knowledge that only comes from years of experience in the field. He brings a steady presence to our team, along with a willingness to share what he knows and help those around him grow.
He is a man of honesty, integrity, who genuinely enjoys people and has a heart for serving others. His faith and heart for this community & community outreach reflect many of the same values that have always mattered to us at Tidwell Air Systems.

That white slime came out of my own HVAC system—a system that is regularly serviced. And yes, all of that happened in less than a year! 😳🤢
It’s a type of biofilm, commonly referred to in the HVAC industry as zoogloea. It forms when microorganisms grow in the moist environment of an HVAC system’s condensate pan and drain line.
Here on the Gulf Coast, our heat, humidity, and long cooling seasons create plenty of condensation—and the perfect conditions for this type of buildup to grow.
Left unchecked, it can clog drain lines, cause water backups, shut down your system, and even lead to water damage.
The lesson? Regular maintenance matters—and even a regularly serviced system can sometimes surprise you.
