What's great about Prop G is that the revenue will be tied into future poperty owners who choose to live in Furst Ranch. This means they will be told before they sign documents to purchase their property what portion of their payment will go toward the PID. Those funds will go directly into their community to improve and bring in the amenities they desire. The rest of Flower Mound residents not living in Furst Ranch will pay nothing.
Vote Yes on Prop G so the Future residents of Furst Ranch will have the ability to build their dream community!!
As a dedicated resident, I understand the importance of lowering taxes for our community. That's why I am committed to advocating for a fairer distribution of taxes between businesses and residents so that the burden of taxation does not fall disproportionately on residents. By working to ensure that businesses pay their fair share, we can keep taxes low and make Flower Mound an even better place to live, work, and play.
