I find myself at a crossroad. Do I follow my heart or follow the trends. I am doing the inferno pilates training at the end of February. Do I replace my yoga class that seems to be slowing down? Do I teach both? Do I have time to teach both? I actually do both and love both. But at the day I am a yogi. I also believe that if you don’t keep up with the trends you get left behind… just like in the tattoo industry l.
