All About Cake

Hello, friends! Happy New Year’s Eve! By the time I get this posted it may already be midnight. I just wanted to let the ones know that use this page to order, that I am retiring! Today! I’ve had this planned for awhile now and just haven’t taken the time to make a post about it. There are many, many reasons for this decision. This year marked 31 years that I’ve been baking and decorating cakes, although technically I’ve been baking for 44 years! Anyone that knows me well knows what a special number 44 is. It’s been a wild ride, at times bumpy, and times smooth. There have been numerous joys and much fulfillment in baking a cake that someone loves and is thrilled with. The satisfaction of a job well done and an ecstatic bride and a giddy 6 year old loving her unicorn cake, make the rough times disappear.. almost 😅 😂. Thank you all for trusting me with the treats for your milestones and special celebrations of your families and loved ones. It has been a joy, but this decision has been bittersweet as well. I will make a post next of most of the cakes I did this year, my final year. God bless you all and grant you prosperity and favor and new life for the new year! ❤️❤️❤️

Hello friends! I’m not hanging up my pastry bags just yet! I posted several weeks ago that we weren’t accepting any new orders on cakes, I’m just doing basically what I had already scheduled In the books for the remainder of the year. This is due to the fact that we are building a cake/bakery kitchen on our property out in Cloverdale. It’s slow going because we want to build without incurring debt. With that being said, we will plan on offering petit fours around the holidays. So please check back with us in the coming months. We will have a new name which also means a new media presence. I will post that info here and on Instagram when the time comes. Thank you to ALL who have bought treats in the past, and stay tuned! God bless!
