For this week I made 2 birthday cakes,

This cake is a chocolate double layer cake with whipped frosting.

I made strawberry with whipped cream and strawberry crumble, and chocolate with Oreo whipped cream and Oreo crumble, over the weekend.

Here’s some information about me: I’m a college student at Northland Pioneer College, pursuing an AAS in Criminology with a focus on Criminal Justice, and baking has been a lifelong passion that originated in my childhood. This passion has since evolved into a small side business, which I’m extremely dedicated to.
