Another successful home transformation!

After discussing the homeowner’s needs, we proposed a new layout that made better use of the available space. What was originally two bedrooms and a small closet was redesigned to create a spacious walk-in closet, while one of the bedrooms was converted into a functional home office.

As part of the renovation, we removed an unnecessary doorway and installed custom shelving throughout the walk-in closet to maximize storage and organization.

Another custom backyard project completed ✅

We built a functional privacy divider between two townhomes to create a more private and flexible outdoor space.

Work completed:
• Removed sections of the old fence
• Installed new fencing
• Created a smooth transition into the existing fence line for a clean finished look
• Installed two separate access gates

The divider can be opened or closed from either side whenever needed — allowing the yards to stay separate for privacy or easily connect into one larger shared space.

We refreshed this fireplace by replacing the surrounding tile and improving the overall look of the stonework. The joints between the stones were carefully adjusted to make everything cleaner, smoother, and more visually balanced.

We also added a custom-made fireplace frame, built from scratch on site to match the design and fit the space perfectly.

A simple update, but it made a big difference in the whole space.
