So excited for this Medal Monday because SoleMates runners showed up and got the job done at the Mini Marathon races this past weekend. Shelly and Sarah ran the 5k early and had strong races. Sarah had an adult PR and is getting closer and closer to previous PRs. Vince, Bri, Tiffany, Melissa, and Henry all ran the half marathon. Bri came away with a brand new PR. Tiffany and Henry both completed their first Mini (with Henry running his first half ever!!)! So proud of all these runners and loved getting to see their training pay off.

Happy Monumental Medal Monday! SoleMates runners had a fantastic weekend to run, I’m so proud of each one of them! came back from her recent IronMan and had a fantastic 5k race. ran the 5k as well and came away with Top 5 in her age group. continued to show true grit after a full fall schedule and ran a solid half marathon. Cindy also ran the half and came away with her fastest race of the season. So honored to be a part of each one of their running journeys and so incredibly proud of their efforts this past weekend!
