Our next pride month spotlight is FMF rider Sol!

“I’m Sol. My pronouns are he/they, I’m bi, and I love horses. Those first few things have taken me a long time to figure out, between trying on outfits, names, and labels. But I’ve been a horse person since long before coming out.
I first remember coming to FMF for my eighth bday party, and I started taking riding lessons here soon after. I’m sixteen now, and the barn really still is my happy place!! Horses don’t judge you, which is part of why I’ve always loved them so much. When I’m hanging out with them it doesn’t matter whatever else happened that day - I just get to be myself. And getting to be who I am as part of this barn family - full of people who care so much about making this sport a safe space for people like me - is just so so cool.
