Under Pressure 313
This cedar deck was only 4 years old, but unfortunately it had one of the worst products possible applied to it — a film-forming coating that was already failing and trapping moisture.
The restoration process wasn’t easy. We completely stripped the old coating, brightened the wood to restore its natural character, and sanded the surface to remove damaged fibers and create the proper foundation for stain.
Once the preparation was complete, we applied Expert Stain & Seal in Auburn, a true penetrating oil designed to protect the wood rather than sit on top of it.
The transformation was incredible. The rich color, natural wood grain, and long-term protection brought this deck back to life. Most importantly, the homeowner was absolutely thrilled with the final result.

Why We Use a 2-Step Chemical Wash Process
Not all dirty wood needs to be blasted with high pressure. In fact, excessive pressure can damage wood fibers and shorten the life of your deck.
Our process is simple and effective:
Step 1: Wood Cleaner
Gently removes organic growth, dirt, algae, mildew, and surface contaminants without damaging the wood.
Step 2: Wood Brightener
Neutralizes the cleaning process and restores the wood’s natural color and tone, bringing life back to weathered surfaces.
Once the wood dries, the green staining and discoloration caused by organic growth are gone, leaving a clean surface ready for maintenance or staining.
That’s why we trust low pressure and the right chemistry.
The goal isn’t to force dirt off with pressure—it’s to safely clean and preserve the wood.
Trust the process. Protect your investment.
