🎓 Congratulations Wilbur! 🎓

Over the course of his Board & Train program, Wilbur has worked hard on building more structure, improving his obedience, and learning how to better navigate the world around him with calmer, more thoughtful decision making 💛

This sweet boy came in with some big feelings and a strong attachment to his people, and throughout his stay, we’ve focused heavily on helping him feel more comfortable with boundaries, relaxation, and neutrality in shared spaces.
From place work to everyday obedience and clearer communication, Wilbur has made some really meaningful progress along the way.

One of our favorite things about Wilbur has been getting to watch his confidence grow as he learned that structure and consistency can help make life feel a little less overwhelming 🐾

We’re so proud of the work Wilbur and his family have put into this process, and we’re excited to see him continue building on these new skills at home.

Congratulations, buddy. We’re going to miss you around here! ✨

🎓 Congratulations Cash! 🎓

Over the last 6 weeks, Cash has been working hard in his Day Train Program focusing on reactivity, neutrality, and building a strong obedience foundation 💛

When Cash first came to us, the world felt pretty overwhelming for him at times. Coming from a difficult background with limited structure and confidence-building experiences, he often struggled to respond to his environment, especially other dogs during walks. Despite that, it was easy to see how smart, curious, and eager to work he truly is.

Throughout his program, we focused heavily on helping Cash slow down, learn his markers and obedience skills, build confidence through structure, and develop calmer, more neutral behaviors in response to distractions. One of our favorite things about Cash has been watching him start to settle into himself and realize he doesn’t have to react to every little thing happening around him 🐾

His mom has also put in a lot of work learning alongside him, and we’re so excited for them to continue growing together as a team. Cash has such a bright future ahead of him, and we’re incredibly proud of all the progress he’s made ✨

Congratulations, Cash, keep up the amazing work! We can’t wait to see you back in daycare to maintain the hard work you and your family put in during training 👏

✨ Welcome back, Gertie! ✨

Gertie is joining us again for a 5-Week Day-Train Program to brush up on some important life skills and help bring more consistency into her day-to-day routines 💛

This sweet girl is full of personality and enthusiasm, but sometimes her excitement can make it hard for her to slow down and settle, especially around distractions, other dogs, and her elderly siblings at home. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be focusing on impulse control, recall, loose leash walking, and helping her better understand when it’s time to work versus when it’s time to relax.

A big goal for Gertie will also be building confidence and comfort with resting calmly on place and in her kennel, even when exciting things are happening around her. Learning how to truly “turn off” and settle is such an important skill for busy dogs like her!

We’re excited to help Gertie reconnect with her training foundations and continue building skills that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable for both her and her family 🐾
