Jared is a Principal Architect who has been with the firm since graduating from North Dakota State University with his master’s degree in Architecture in 2011. He is a versatile team member who strives to develop detailed architectural solutions in collaboration with clients, while not losing sight of the big picture.
Jared has vast experience working on industrial and military projects throughout our region.
In 2014, Jared earned his LEED Accredited Professional credential and has led several LEED projects for S+A - he continues to promote cost-effective sustainable design concepts where it can bring value to clients. Jared also serves on the North Dakota State Building Code Advisory Committee where he helps shape the future of the construction industry in North Dakota.

Over the past 10 years at S+A, Jared has most enjoyed getting to know a wide variety of clients and learn how each of their businesses operate. He finds satisfaction in developing architectural solutions that support his clients' unique missions.

Can you guess which recently completed project in downtown Fargo features this unique conference room? The design was fully custom by S+A with 360 wall mobility. A central projector allows a wide vantage at the (fully writeable!) curved semi-translucent wall panels. The room is able to accommodate a vast range of group sizes with option to keep walls open for larger audiences and closed for smaller groups. Any guesses?
