Incredibly excited about the opening of Mama Chang in Fairfax today which is also International Women’s Day. The Hunan and Hubei cooking is inspired by his wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter with exceptional results. The pickled chili flounder fish pot is hands down one of the best dishes we’ve had this year.

Rachel and I had an outstanding dinner at by yesterday for our 8th anniversary. What an amazing venue to celebrate a special occasion. Oh, and be sure to order all of the charred vegetables!
