“If flowers can teach themselves how to bloom after winter passes, so can you.”
- Noor Shirazie
This week I shared with a one-on-one client of mine how we can think of these dark, quiet days of winter as the "The Healing Season."
According to Ayurveda, winter is the time to slow down and spend quality time with your Self and Spirit.
The reason we pause now, is so we can fully understand how to show up in the next season of life - the renewal and rejuvenation promised by Spring.
Healing, building, and thriving is a process that requires hard work, dedication, and a lot of support. It can be difficult, but I believe that if we take the time to nourish and care for ourselves, we can find the strength to heal and grow.
Every day I teach women how to cultivate resilience, creativity, and self-compassion to help us build a better future for ourselves and our communities.
Stay tuned for some big announcements, more chances to be in flow with me and a brand new offer… AND in the meantime, send me a message to learn about the Women’s Wellness Retreat I’m leading March 4-5 with in PA! 💕
