Hope N Wellness Monday!!
Case Managment was off the hook today! 😀

Appointments running steady all day long. Case managers supported with court dates, attorney connections housing navigator follow ups, appointments and research. 🌻

People received mail service, food and peer support. One individual brought in icecream to share with everyone and others took naps while waiting for their case managers from other orgs to stop by. 😀

We had a visit from another peer out here doing great work in the feild and got an invitation to the Hope Fest! 🌻

People decided on treatment and follow along support plans were created together as they figure out how best to navigate this exciting and somewhat scary step forward! 🙏
