The Port of Everett’s 16th annual Holiday on the Bay festival is taking place, Saturday, Dec. 2, from noon to 6 p.m. Rain or shine, you’re invited to the holiday bash at the Port’s Pacific Rim Plaza, near Hotel Indigo, for the day’s outdoor festivities including a holiday market, free kids’ activities from winter crafts, face painting and balloon creations, to s’mores roasting, touch-a-truck, and character meet-and-greets, a tree-lighting ceremony and visit from Santa, lighted boats on parade, festive music, lighting displays and more.
