Menopause isn’t polite — so the content shouldn’t be either.
Working with Sara Larson Coaching has been a fun, honest process of finding both her voice and her audience’s voice. Because women in midlife don’t need perfectly polished messaging — they need language that tells the truth, names the mess, and still offers support.
This kind of work isn’t about aesthetics first. It’s about resonance. And sometimes resonance is a little rough around the edges.
Some stories require both precision and care.
At the end of 2025, we began working with Dr. Sylvia Owusu-Ansah — a physician with extraordinary expertise and lived experience we’re excited to continue exploring. For now, the focus is clear: telling her breast cancer journey in a way that is medically accurate, deeply human, and rooted in advocacy.
This work isn’t about dramatizing illness. It’s about honoring truth, protecting accuracy, and creating space for vulnerability without sacrificing clinical integrity. That balance matters — especially in healthcare storytelling.
