It was wonderful to connect with friends, family, patients, partners, and community members, and to have the chance to celebrate the health of our amazing community. This has truly been a team effort, and we appreciate everyone's support.

Bridge Family Health provides relationship-based direct primary care with longer appointments, direct physician access, and personalized healthcare designed around patients—not insurance companies. It's just US and YOU, working together to support your health.

at 5pm today, we will be welcoming our friends, family, and community to help celebrate the opening of our new practice.
