Here's a delicious, healthy smoothie recipe given to me by my friend Suzie D., consequently I'm naming the drink a 'Suzie Smoothie'! So easy to make in a Nutribullet or similar blender. It'll make a little over 6 cups of Smoothie and I calculated only 302 calories on MyFitnessPal app. Mmmm...so delicious AND good for you. Enjoy!
Suzie Smoothie
Baby Kale - 1 cup (34 calories)
Spinach - 1 cup (7 calories)
Celery - 1 stalk (13 calories)
English Cucumber - 1/3 of whole (15 calories)
Banana/ fresh or frozen - 1/2 of whole (60 calories)
