Several Changes to Saturday’s Busker Festival This year's event will take place exclusively in Ferran Park to better accommodate scheduling for the various entertainers. This year's times for the event has also been changed. Performances will begin at 2:00 p.m. and run through 5:00 p.m. with the Grand Finale following at 6:00 p.m.
