Hey everyone, just a friendly reminder for those of you with HEAT PUMP systems to switch over to the EM HEAT mode on your thermostat during these wintery conditions. As a general rule of thumb, we suggest this when temperatures are sustained in the 20s for any length of time OR anytime there is freezing precipitation. This prevents damage to your outdoor unit and ensures you stay warm and comfortable inside. Everyone have a very merry Christmas and stay warm!
