Nine whole weeks today!
Saxon is absolutely loving having company over, learning new things every day, and slowly but surely becoming more coordinated.
He likes: food, training sessions, being new places, meeting new people and dogs.
He dislikes: car rides, the sun, empty bowls, when the cats don't tolerate his playing.
He still adores following Cobalt around, who even played with him this week! Such a fun puppy💜.

Happiness is solid poops enough times in a row that your mom doesn't even take photos of them anymore 🤗💜.
Why we will always be proud of our dogs, and share accomplishments on social media. Not even to promote our own, small program, but to promote the breed in general. Getting the public interested in Shilohs, and showcasing their versatility is something near and dear to our hearts.
We are always more than happy to make recommendations to other great breeders 💜.

One thing about having your first litter being a Singleton is that we're literally all just figuring it out together.
I am so thankful for Revel being the best momma as a maiden with a c section. I am so thankful for this happy go lucky, confident puppy, Saxon.
Between the three of us we have figured out so much under the guidance of some incredible mentors.
Flying by the seat of our pants and doing our best.
Today we went to our first new place where he'll eventually live forever, stood on stacking blocks, and got some treats with our first ever leash on!
So grateful for learning with the best team 💜.
Being a mom and a grumpa doesn't mean you aren't still super fun 💁🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️💨

Eight weeks today 🥹.
Saxon is getting more energetic and bigger by the day. He is the most food motivated shepherd I have encountered and super confident.
We were lucky to do a mini Litter Evaluation with Ekho Haus where he was found to be confident, toy driven, loves human interaction, and not super keen on restraint 😂.
He likes: eating, exploring, tug with his momma, zoomies, and meeting new people.
He dislikes: having an upset belly, closed food containers, when Cobalt doesn't let him attack him.
He is just over 18 pounds today, has an ear trying 90% of the time, is working on nail grinding, standing, getting his teeth looked at. He's doing great with down, sit and touch.

Tis the week for year end awards!
Cobalt was awarded #8 Veteran championship and #14 Arch excellent, and Revel was awarded #18 Arch excellent! Out of all the dogs that earned these titles in 2025 our pups placed in the top 20 scores!
So proud of our versatile kiddos hard work!
