With the blessing of the founding owner of Lake Erie Variety, we are proud to announce Christopher Davison as the new sole owner of Lake Erie Variety, La Bella Vita, and Gone Local.

Chris began his career at just 17 years old, serving in the U.S. Army as a medic in a field artillery unit. After his service, he moved to Harrisburg and started his first business in the mortgage industry. That work later evolved into successful businesses in the financial and medical industries for the past 25 years. Along the way, he also founded a nonprofit focused on medical career training, helping prepare others for careers in the healthcare field.

In 2023, Chris retired—but not for long. That same year, he purchased Lavender Rabbit, later helping transition it into La Bella Vita with original founder of Lake Erie Variety, Tony DiPasqua.

We are deeply grateful for Tony’s vision, leadership, and the foundation he built. Chris looks forward to moving that vision forward—continuing to focus on community involvement, local partnerships, and hometown pride.
