Saw my dr today. She prescribed finding time for self care. Even when it really feels like you don’t have time.

My two stud muffins. Surgery #8 in the books for our little man. I have always taken Nolan into the OR, this time around Nolan was about his dad. All the bathroom trips, hand holding, and staying the night at the hospital.💞 We couldn’t go all the way to the OR this time, probably for the best. Watching him fall asleep is absolutely gut wrenching.
All went well with his bone graph, and now we’re on the path to a long and steady recovery. 🙏🏻
