Mala's Kitchen Scene

Dahi rice? Almost! It’s actually a masala dahi khichdi done in a multi fusion style, green moong daal khichdi in Sindhi style, ( moongan vara chawar), lots of cucumber in a tzatziki style and fried green chillis, mumbai style and the tempering is Thayir Sadam style! It’s truly a chhoti chhoti khushi!! Recipe on request.
