This client has been with me since the beginning! When she got home from her surgery and recovery time, she was swollen, inflamed and miserable! The fluid retention, post flight was unreal. She was terrified of blood clots. We immediately started compression socks and changed the sizing on her faja (all of which I offer in house). After just one session, she was hooked and dedicated to her healing process. Along the way she has followed all of my advice and healed beautiful. It was a process, but she trusted me fully! She is still with me today, doing 3-4 sessions a month. My advice, start early, like right when you get back home!
