Good morning and happy Friday! Just wanted to stop in and say oops on being real quiet since our event last weekend. I was up very early that day (like 2:30-3:00 am) and was up all day, then spent the next day grilling all day on Father’s Day. Since, I’ve been working my night job and trying to get my house back in order after preparing for the event, and kids being home for summer LOL!
Anyways, I’ll be back in the kitchen real soon for some restocks and new things coming that I am beyond excited about! So, in the mean time, you can shop our website, and check our social media pages for updates!

✨ Group Sound Healing is Back at Mind’s Eye!
It’s been a little while since we’ve had Jeri back in the shop, and we are so excited to welcome her for another intimate group sound healing experience.
If you’ve never attended one of these sessions before, it’s difficult to put into words just how incredible they feel. The combination of soothing sound vibrations, a peaceful atmosphere, and being surrounded by the energy of crystals creates an experience that is deeply relaxing and restorative. It’s one of our absolute favorite events that we offer at the shop, and without fail, people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for one of the best nights of sleep they’ve had in a long time.
Because we keep these gatherings small and personal, space is very limited and they tend to fill quickly.
We’ll post the Facebook Event link in the comments. Once you open the event, look for the Luma registration link near the top of the page to reserve your spot. We highly recommend registering sooner rather than later if you’d like to attend.

Mind's Eye Metaphysical ✨
Oh no! You bought a body scrub from us and it’s melted because of the summer heat. What do you do?
Do you throw it in the trash? No… however what you can do is the following:
1. Store in a cool and dark place and let it self solidify. It won’t look as it did when you bought it right away, BUT once it self solidifies you can mix it with a fork or spoon and it will go back to how you got it.
2. Put in the freezer and let it solidify enough (not frozen solid) and then again you can mix it up to its original state.
Our body scrubs are hand craft to contain minimal ingredients and easy for you to understand the information if you look them up. So, unlike big name bath and body brands, (no shade, we love them too) ours do not contain silicones and other ingredients that prevent the scrubs from melting as easily, which makes our scrubs heat sensitive.
Your scrub is still just as good and effective. We recommend as soon as you can to store away out of heat and sun light. As mentioned above on what to do if they are melted, just let it solidify and if you desire you can mix it up to look like before, then use as per usual.
