My report breaks down each of these areas and identifies specific deficiencies that could result in expensive repairs or replacements.

You really need to know what condition each of these components is in. The last thing you need to deal with after signing the papers is finding out the roof leaks, the electrical system has safety issues or the hot water heater is incorrectly installed.

My written report includes a written assessment, pictures and or diagrams of components that are defective in operation or were installed or maintained in an un-professional manner.
