Now is the perfect time to think about what sort of economy we want to build, now that the old war economy is gone. Instead of trying to salvage the racist, misogynistic, brutal, exploitative economy we had before, one that suits the interests of big business and the super wealthy, we can unite and build a peace economy. "The rich are outnumbered 99 to 1" We can't allow ourselves to be divided into small and separate groups of poor, exploited, and disenfranchised blacks, whites, Latinos, Asians, indigenous, female, single moms, single dads, immigrants, g**s, le****ns, bisexuals, transgenders, lower class, working class, couldn’t-afford-to-go-to-class, veterans, mentally disabled, physically disabled, anarchists, capitalists, socialists, communists, liberals, conservatives, Muslims, Baptists, Methodists, Buddhists. But instead realize that we are a large and united group of poor, exploited, and disenfranchised citizens. And we outnumber the rich 99 to 1.
