This is the reality in El Paso. If you didn’t know Jp Morgan Chase bought out El Paso Electric and took on there $1.5 billion debt. Not to mention Jp Morgan has been fined $35 billion in manipulating the electric market. Now they will start their increases in our rates. Originally set at 9% but ended up at 5% which is higher than the national average. What will you do? Continue paying for inflation? Or do you want to own and generate your own electricity and not worry about inflation ever again.
