Meet Biscuit! 🐶🐾
She is a 7 year-old Frenchie that her foster family affectionately calls “Grubs” . She’s cute, short/small and a little pudgy ~ a big girl in small dog’s body. She’s pretty wrinkly and makes funny grumbling noises. You will not find a more affectionate bulldog!

Gubs is originally from an overcrowded shelter in CA and has been a mamma before. Her eye was missing long before she arrived at our rescue, and the eye injury site is very stable and does not require any monitoring or maintenance.

She’s extremely affectionate and will want to crawl into your lap for cuddles and kisses. She’s very cute and loves affection from people but will brawl with other dogs for affection. She’s pretty good about food boundaries with other dogs. She is house-trained but can be lazy and will need supervision. She really like her potty-pad. She doesn’t like the rain or bad weather. Some cajoling will need to happen.

She’s on a hormone support chewable. It’s helpful to support her since she was a breeding dog and has had many litters. She doens’t need this medication to stay healthy; it just helps her with have longer bladder control.

Grubs is currently in a home with 3 other dogs, two little chihuahua mixes and an English Bulldog. She will compete for attention so her adopters will need to be careful to give her attention and affection at the right time. The foster’s manage well in the household by not giving in to her triggers but we do think that she would do best as an only dog in the home. She could be place with other little dogs that won’t mind her being dominant. She will have issues with a larger dog in the home.

Grub will require a family who will keep her active (she loves to walk) and has brachycephalic dog ownership experience. She would do best as the only dog in the home but with regular access to other dogs so that she will remain well socialized. Grubs does well with other dogs as long as there is good leadership and monitoring.

She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED ❤️ New foster or forever home needed by June 5th! Bronson has been doing amazing in his current foster home for the month of May, but due to personal travel and plans with his current foster, we will need to find him a new foster home by June 5th. He has made massive strides in foster care and will need to be transferred to another home, as coming back to a kennel environment would cause major regression.
Bronson is a ~1 year old, 35lb, Dalmatian mix. We do not know his history, but when he came to us he was completely shut down, terrified of people and underweight. He needs a special foster or forever home that is quiet, calm, and can provide the environment he needs to decompress, gain confidence and come out of his shell. He has already made great improvements in his current foster home, and is opening up and trusting slowly!
Bronson spent all of his time in a crate when he first came to us, outside of bathroom breaks, as he was absolutely terrified to leave that ‘safe space’. In his foster home, he has a large room all to himself where the crate door is left open, and he will now venture out and explore the room and house, following his foster parents around curious. He does take treats from your hand and is starting to relax and enjoy being pet!
Bronson is house-trained & crate-trained. He now enjoys daily walks! In the kennel environment he would not walk on leash, and would look for any exit or place to hide.
He has also started to play with toys (which he loves!) and is learning how to be a puppy.
We have see great improvements in Bronson during his short time in foster care, and are confident that with a continued environment that is calm, loving, and willing to let him progress at his pace, he will thrive. He has shown that in his foster home he does want to be around people once he can trust them, and he will bond deeply to his forever family.
Bronson would do fine in a free standing home or apartment, but will need a quieter neighborhood. No young kids, but he loves the calm teenage girl in his foster home!

Meet Cranberry! ✨
Cranberry is a 9-month-old, 17 lb Terrier/Bulldog mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This adorable girl is bursting with love, personality, and happy energy!

Cranberry is sweet, outgoing, cuddly, and absolutely loves being around people. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be right in your lap, covering you in kisses and soaking up all the affection she can get. She has a goofy, joyful personality and brings fun wherever she goes.

She’s great with other dogs and absolutely loves to play, so she would love a home with another playful dog companion to keep her company and continue helping her stay socialized. She thrives on interaction, activity, and being included in daily life.

Cranberry has a good amount of energy and is looking for an active, adventurous home that will take her out to explore the world, continue her socialization, and give her lots of positive experiences. Whether it’s walks, outings, adventures, patio hangs, or playdates with dog friends, Cranberry is happiest when she’s part of the action.

At just 9 months old, she’s still very much a young dog and will benefit from continued structure, training, and guidance as she grows into her best self. She’s eager to engage, loves attention, and has all the makings of an amazing little companion.
