Did you know you can build muscle at any age? We can- even in our 50’s, 60’s and beyond!
While it’s true that we start to lose muscle mass, beginning in our 30’s, specific exercise routines can counteract this effect. By adding a routine of resistance training, at least twice weekly, we can protect and even grow our muscle mass!
So pick up some dumbbells, grab those soup cans, or simply use your own body weight. Let’s keep our bodies strong and protect our muscle together!
