Day 3: Yellow Oyster LC in our wood-based blend that we’re working on. Can already see a good bit of mycelium forming. Can’t see wait to see the results! More to come!!

A quick twist or a small cut removes the fruits from blocks. Be sure to brush or clip the ends of the mushrooms with remaining substrate and get that block ready for another flush :)

Absolutely thrilled to share in some ‘shroom love at the Fantastic Fungi event hosted by ! This was a proper mushroom feast, seriously the best we’ve tasted. Hats off to the marvelous for orchestrating the adventure and inviting us along for the ride. Counting down the days until the next gathering of fellow fungi enthusiasts.
