I finished re-installing this basketball hoop today. The old concrete had broken, and the hoop was leaning badly. I pulled out the broken concrete and dug a new 4’ x 16” hole next to the original. Using an auger made it much easier. I mixed and poured 20 bags of concrete, set the anchor, let it cure for 3 days and put the hoop back up. I hope they let it cure a few more days before they start dunking on it again! Check out before/after pics below.

Installed another light with a tricky mounting plate. Had to trim and caulk it to fit on the existing siding.
