Thoughts are powerful. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks . I have to get my thoughts under check and control. Place my wondering, or brain fog feeling confused mind or too much “I’ve got to do this and that and that…” the racing for perfection and have to be like the Joneses or keeping up with almost everyone expectation type of mindset. Mom’s watch out now, If I don’t bring my thoughts under the obedience of Christ, imma go straight into mental breakdown🤯
