Under 2,000 sq ft: $250
2,000 - 3,500 sq ft: $350
3,500 -6,000 sq ft: $450
All cleans include full interior and exterior window washing. Carpet, garage, or basement add-ons are $200 each. Homes must be empty and or staged.

We're seeking a janitorial cleaner for our East Lansing location who
wants to scale rapidly—not just as an employee, but as a key member of
our growing business family. Starting pay at $16/hour, with quick
increases in pay and title based on performance, plus paths to leadership
roles that reward your contributions.
Position Details:
• Role: Janitorial Cleaner
• Location: One site on Grand River, across from the MSU campus
• Schedule: 2x a week, with six-hour visits each time (flexible part
time hours totaling approximately 12 hours per week)
• Duties: Perform efficient, high-quality cleaning of amenities, gym,
study hall, hallways, and the main office. You'll ensure spaces are
spotless, sanitized, and ready for use, following our proven
cleaning protocols.
• Pay: $16/hour starting wage, with performance-based raises and
opportunities for advancement.

Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is required—we offer

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or related
cleaning roles.
• Reliable transportation to the East Lansing site.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., mopping,
scrubbing).
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass a background check.
