Early in 2023, I was brought on board to a website redesign project for Intuitive Tech Group, an IT staffing agency. This project resulted in a new site that was beautiful, functional and had a clear brand message. In the fall, Intuitive underwent a name change/simplification, under the direction of a new COO, who played an integral part in taking the company into the realm of marketing staffing, which resulted in a need for further change to their website and brand. In the past year, it has been exciting to watch the evolution of this company. I am proud to have played a small role in helping Intuitive clarify their visual brand, through, not only a new-and-improved website, but the development of branding guidelines: a fresh and flexible color palette, custom graphics, and a simple, but impactful, shift in their company logo. It has been invigorating to work with such a brilliant, joyful and talented team of WOMEN! As a result of the change in the company’s focus and renaming to, simply, “Intuitive” the new logo, takes the emphasis off of the ‘IT’ and better represents the company’s current offerings of both marketing and IT staffing.
