Meet Trish! 💪🏻 Founder & Owner of Boss Babe LLC ~ Certified Personal Trainer, Confidence Coach, and Reiki Practitioner 💗🏋️‍♀️

MBA graduate with over 15 years of leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.

Trish created The Boss Babe Confidence Code™ coaching framework. She’s passionate about helping women build self-trust, confidence, and self-worth. Leads community fitness classes, workshops, and personal development programs throughout the Triangle area.

✨ Speaker and advocate for women’s empowerment, personal growth, and mindset transformation.
