Just a note to let you know I received your letter.

Contrary to your records, this was not my first order - that would have been circa 2003 when I rewired my '68 Guild Bluesbird to***co burst.

I've ordered odds and ends from StewMac over the years and, though you're not going to be able to retire off my patronage, receiving your hand-written note means a lot to me (certainly more than finding a bag of candy in the bottom of the box).

Two other things that I highly value:
1. Stewmac's informative and engaging YouTube videos made by real people.
2. Purchasing from a privately-owned, bricks-and-mortar establishment operated by folks who care.
