What made this project powerful wasn’t that we “set up booths.” It’s that our client never had to pause business to make the event happen.

This warehouse was still actively operating while we transformed it into a trade show environment built to support vendor visibility, buyer flow, and real business conversations.

Here’s what our team led:
✨️ A venue site visit to assess measurements, traffic flow, and fire marshal considerations
✨️ A detailed floor plan with mixed booth sizing (10x10, 8x8, 10x15, 8x32) so the client could confidently secure vendors
✨️ A 25' x 30' business negotiation lounge designed for meaningful deal-making
✨️ Pipe & drape booth buildout + red drape separation that allowed warehouse operations to continue uninterrupted

The outcome:
✔️41 functional vendor booths.
✔️A professional trade show environment.
✔️Zero disruption to our client’s day-to-day workflow.

Duke University fans have been celebrating this week after the big win over UNC… and we’re still thinking about this moment too.

Last week we had the opportunity to support a SLAM × Duke Men's Basketball collaboration that brought together fans, culture, and the legacy of the program.

SHIFT Event Rentals provided the drape & lounge furniture and event setup that helped create a space where guests could hang out, talk hoops, grab merch, and be part of the experience.
