Slide/BAYONET mount accepts standard GoPro clip. Works well if you want quick access to your camera. We like to use this in conjunction with our seat mount so we can do both POV and follow me cams. 3 prong mount is best when you when you don't want to take a chance of have you camera knocked off in rough ride.
This mount works best with USWE hydration packs. The tighter you keep you pack the better the image stabilization will be. If you pack is too loose the image may be shaky. only 29 grams
Look at your buckle before ordering. Smaller packs have black buckle that forms a triangle on the bottom side. Bigger packs a a clear buckle that has a round bottom
