Warrior 2 alignment tips!

1. Align front heel with back arch.
2. Aim for front knee at 90° angle.
3. Arms extended out and a straight line just as if a laser beam went from fingertip through the shoulders to the fingertip. Also arms should be parallel to the floor.
4. Watch the front knee and make sure it's not bending inward.
5. Take your focus of your eyes past your pink front fingertips!
6. Practice your positive affirmation of I am such as I am strong, I am positive.
