Many women spend so much time carrying responsibility, thinking through emotions, and staying mentally “on” that they slowly lose connection with themselves underneath it all.

This month’s Wild New Way Women’s Collective gathering with guest speaker Anne Bartlett offers a grounded and welcoming space where women can reconnect with themselves through movement, reflection, embodied awareness, and meaningful connection.

This is not about performance or dance experience. It’s simply an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience a more honest and embodied way of relating to yourself and others.

Come join us. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and aware of yourself in a deeper and more meaningful way.

📅 Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
🕣 Doors open at 8:30 AM MST for gathering and connection.
🕘 Session begins at 8:45 AM and concludes at 10:00 AM MST.
📍 The Durango Collective | 1315 Main Ave, Durango, CO.

We’ll gather from 8:30 to 8:45 AM for connection and settling in before Anne’s experiential session begins. You’re welcome to stay afterward for more conversation and connection if you’d like.

“The quality of your mind determines the quality of your life.” - Sam Harris

Many people focus so much on changing external circumstances that they rarely stop to notice the condition of their inner world.

At the same time, the way we think, react, interpret experiences, and relate to ourselves deeply shapes how life feels emotionally and psychologically.

When the mind is constantly overwhelmed by fear, pressure, resentment, distraction, or unconscious patterns, even outward success can feel emotionally empty.

From a Jungian perspective, self-awareness matters because it helps people begin recognizing the patterns and inner dynamics quietly shaping their lives beneath the surface.

A more grounded and meaningful life often begins with becoming more conscious of what is happening within you.
