Here's what it taught me today:
Same plant. Completely different experience, depending on where it grew,
how it was tended, and what conditions shaped it.
People are the same way.
In my work helping teams navigate change and protect their well-being,
the biggest mistake I see is treating everyone like the same bar of chocolate.
Cookie-cutter doesn't work. Curiosity does.
Also: don't skip the palate cleanser. Rest matters. 🧇

Over the past few months, I have been working on the plans for a Mountain 10 Retreat, and I'm glad I finally get to share it with you.

We worked hard to find the right time and location. February 25–28, we'll be gathering at True North Resort in Nisswa, Minnesota. A place that already feels like it was made for this kind of experience.

I've been working with some people I truly believe in, Art of Presence and Taylor & Co. and together with Empower Possible, we're creating something that I think is going to be really special. Restorative. Meaningful. The kind of thing you'll carry with you long after you leave.
